DNA Forensics
Our DNA Laboratory is working for the police forces and offices of the public prosecution since 1998. We delivered DNA profiles from blood and saliva samples for the German DNA database DAD and for mass screenings.
Further we analyse stain samples from crime scenes and other trace samples like swabs of touched items on a large scale. Our portfolio includes the analysis of feathers, animal traces, bones and hairs, presence of sperm or juices testing and the individual profiling of animals.
With our capability of more than 3.000 routine samples a week we are ISO 17025 accredited for Forensic Genetics, Veterinary Molecular Diagnostics and Food Authenticity Testing and work under control of an ISO 9001 certified quality management. Since 1998, we anticipate successful in all ring trials / proficiency tests of the German Society for Forensic Science, GEDNAP.
Our laboratory is a member of an international network of forensic laboratories (Eurofins Forensic Services).
